Housing communities
Housing communities

We support communities to promote forms of coexistence based on cooperation, mutual support, and connection with the territory and the environment.
And, for that reason, we provide them with tools to care for three pillars:
That is why, at Fil, we support organizations to:
- Shared vision and governance of the project
- The people, the relationships, and the group
- Decision-making and the management of leadership and power.
“Where there is space for intimacy, conflict, and love, there is a stronger community.“
Julie DiamondHow can we support your community?
From Fil a l’agulla, we can support these forms of shared housing by offering services and training related to areas such as:
1
Development of conscious (co)leadership based on self-awareness, empathy, and effective communication
2
Conflict management and resolution, and support in crisis situations
3
Changes in community culture to promote inclusive, diverse, and non-discriminatory spaces
4
Management of discrimination and aggression from a restorative approach that involves the community
5
Group cohesion and emotional management
6
Support for the construction and redefinition of the shared vision, mission, and values, taking into account a medium- and long-term perspective
7
Support for decision-making, to reach more solid and shared decisions and to raise awareness of formal and informal power dynamics
8
Support for personal and relational work, to manage personal and relational conflicts that have a community impact.
9
Tools for dialogue and communication
10
Support for internal organization and the establishment of coexistence agreements within a self-management-based organizational model
11
Support for people’s entry and exit processes

If you need comprehensive support in the self-promotion process of your collective housing, including architectural design, accounting and legal management, as well as facilitation and group support, you can rely on the Perviure cooperative.
Fil a l’agulla is one of the founding partners of Perviure, and we continue to ensure it includes a feminist vision, based on care and facilitation. We support their team in the development of their work.
