Our goal is to create more inclusive learning environments that foster learning and promote positive coexistence.
We place special emphasis on the prevention and management of discrimination and bullying, as well as on empowering teaching and administrative staff to achieve their goals for the school.
In situations of conflict, discrimination, or violence, the restorative approach allows us to adopt a reparative and community-based perspective: it is important to acknowledge the harm caused, the needs of those affected, the root causes of the situation, the impact it has had on the group, and the responsibilities involved.
