We are a project with a transformative mission

The cooperative is made up of a team with the will to transform while we ourselves are being transformed

A non-profit cooperative focused on facilitation and fostering new forms of leadership

We were founded in 2009 with the aim of becoming a leading sustainable self-employment project through which we could create change while transforming ourselves. Today, the cooperative is made up of 16 worker-members.

We work to promote the transition the world needs to make towards the common good, influencing the public, private, and social economy sectors.

We aim to be present and have an impact throughout Catalonia, with a particular focus on the Girona region, Central Catalonia, and the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona.

Since April 2022, we have had our own space on Carrer de Sants in Barcelona a place from which we offer services and training to the world, while also serving as a shelter and home for the Fil team.

A non-profit cooperative specialized in facilitation and in promoting new leaderships

We were born in 2009 with the desire to be a leading project of sustainable self-employment from which to transform while we transform ourselves. Currently, we are made up of 16 working members.

We work to promote the transition process that the world needs to make towards the common good, influencing the public, private, and social economy sectors.

We are committed to being present and making an impact throughout the Catalan territory, with a special presence in the Terres Gironines, Central Catalonia, and the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona.

Since April 2022, we have had our own space on Carrer de Sants in Barcelona, a place from which we offer services and training to the world, while also serving as a shelter and home for the Fil team.

What identifies us

Coherence

Coherence is one of our most genuine values: We apply inside what we promote outside.

Connection

We connect with the needs of the organizations and groups we support, in relation to the moment they are experiencing and in harmony with the historical moment of the world.

Innovation

We create our own methodology and are committed to innovative, dynamic, and timely ways of working.

Expertise

We have facilitation professionals with extensive experience in various organizational and group contexts, and with solid training.

Closeness

Behind every service at Fil a l'agulla, you will find approachable professionals who balance warmth and efficiency.

Territory

We share the need to raise awareness of our territorial diversity, linked to our different origins as well as the places where we operate.

Inspiration

We draw inspiration from the perspectives and tools offered by Process Work, feminisms, and restorative practices.

Facilitation and the transformation of leadership, two key elements of our approach

The tools and approaches of facilitation help to shed light on the challenges we face and to find ways to intervene that are adapted to each context.

The work we do with leadership provides sustainability, efficiency, and coherence to the changes that need to be implemented in the business, educational, activist, or political spheres.

We are territory

We are committed to reaching and having an impact throughout the territory, and our presence extends to different regions of Catalonia, especially the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona, the Girona region, and Central Catalonia.

We share the need to raise awareness about our territorial diversity, which we associate not only with our different origins but also with the various locations where Fil a l'agulla carries out its daily activities.

In April 2022, we opened the doors of our physical headquarters in Barcelona, thanks to the support and trust of many people  who have been part of Fil a l'agulla. That is why now, the Fil a l'agulla space represents support, community, and trust.
